No FastHeal option

There is no option to edit FastHeal minimum time. It is set to 495 as default but I get false positives when food regeneration.

Examples:
[INFO|8:01:46]: ACR xTheFantomX failed FastHeal | healed too quickly (time=493 ms, min=495 ms) | ping: 89ms
[INFO|8:01:47]: ACR xTheFantomX failed FastHeal | healed too quickly (time=460 ms, min=495 ms) | ping: 89ms

Maybe it's just me that I don't find this setting in config/magic file, but I am pretty sure it is not. However it can be that it's not editable by a name-relatable setting.
