Support running as daemon #2
Description
To provide sub-second monitoring, allow cloudscopes monitor to run as a daemon by specifying a command line option -d.
When running as a daemon, after the initial sampling and publishing, the daemon will run further sampling sessions at intervals specified by settings: interval as the number of seconds between sampling (can be a fraction and defaults to 60) and will re-publish the samples after each sampling session.
