iLoot showing "There are no backups to download!"

First of all, is it possible to recover photos from an incomplete iCloud backup?
Secondly, when I tried iLoot I am getting this error though the backup does exist:

python iloot.py me@yahoo.om mypassword --item-types photos

Output directory : output
Available Devices: 0
There are no backups to download!
