Allow to overwrite installed mods

Hi! Would it be possible to add option to overwrite installed mods with a new one? To allow installing mods on top of another mod? Currently in the case of overlapping mods I can only install one or the other, which forbids installation of mods like the F-4E Peace Icarus which installs on top of the VSN F-4B/C.
