Description

IEC 60908 1999 mentions audio pre-emphasis in section 17.5 "Channel Q" (page 19 of the PDF)

The control field contains 4 flag bits to define the kind of information in a track (program item), bit O is first out
0 0 X 0 - 2 audio channels without pre-emphasis;
0 0 X 1- 2 audio channels with pre-emphasis 50/15 µs;

It's important to know if this flag is set or clear when performing final audio processing (as the use may want to manipulate the resulting WAV audio information. The tooling should (at least) inform the user of the flag.
