Documentation typo in Setup section (“need to 0. install”)

In the README.md under the “Normal Install” section, the sentence:

“To run the site locally, you need to 0. install Haskell & Cabal:”

appears to contain a typo and incorrect step numbering. The phrase “0. install” is confusing and may mislead new users.

Suggested fix:
Replace “0. install” with proper step numbering, for example “First, install Haskell & Cabal”.

Just adding a newline before 0. would be sufficient.
