Describe the bug

The ActiveEffect headers are draggable.

Reproduction

Try to drag a header in the ActiveEffect table on a character sheet.

Expected Behaviour

Only Item rows/names should be draggable.

Actual Behaviour

The ActiveEffect headers are draggable.

Validations

• Done a clean install of the system.
• Disabled all modules (unless the issue is on a premium module).
• Checked that the issue is present in a new world instance (create an empty new world in Foundry using the system).
• Not a "How To"-question (You can ask questions here: Discussions).

Minor issue:
The text color is very light against white background for low readability.

Current workaround for the text color:
