Add patch composition to solidfiles

To support the final versions of topographic inputs for the CONUS 2.0 domain, the subsetter needs these enhancements:

Add support for 0-N patch types to be specified when building a solidfile.
Add support for border types to be specified when building a solidfile.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given a dictionary of input masks which define patch types and their patch values, when building a solidfile, then patch identifiers for each input mask should be added to the top layer.
• Given a border type definition input mask, when building a solidfile, then border types will be added to the back, front, left, and right faces.
