Documentation for the VDR Phase #3 milestone

In the scope of phase 3, the following things should be delivered:

• VDR specification (improved)
• Cardano VDR specification (reviewed)
• Identus Platform documentation about the VDR Cardano driver.
• How to configure the VDR Cardano Driver in the Neoprism and the Cloud-Agent
• Workshop materials for phase 3 (demonstrate and CRUD operations of the VDR Cardano Driver)

VDR is documented on Identus docs portal #241. Already checked the boxes.

On the spec side, I'll leave it to @FabioPinheiro to sign-off and close it.

The VDR specification is finished as far as I know, and there is no improvement work going on. @goncalo-frade-iohk might know better

On the PRISM VDR specification there were some suggestions of areas from Pat that would be nice to improve the text and make it more clear.
