Select Screen doesn't allow me to select my main screen for light sync

I have three monitors and I only get two screens from the select screen option, Screen one being my vertical on my right and screen two being a tablet I have connected. My primary display (default in windows) isn't available to be selected

Update, I turned off HDR and now my screen is able to be detected
