[Bug] Brass shaft not sharing stress/RPM #170

Describe the bug
When trying to use brass shafts to share power, only the first shaft gets powered, the rest connected to it doesn't, whether it's a brass one or not, however, it seems to work when powering them manually with a hand crank or water wheels, not with steam engines
To Reproduce
Create a steam engine and attach a brass shafts to it, i'm playing in my own create modpack, so be aware of that
Expected behavior
Brass shafts transfer stress and RPM no matter the material or distance

Additional context
In case this has been fixed in a more recent version, i'm sorry, it's difficult to update mod in modpack without crashing everything
