Grab it from Packagist using Composer like so:
composer require --dev "ilya/resolver:1.0"
Add the service provider in app/config/app.php:
'Ilya\Resolver\ResolverServiceProvider'
Now you can try it out:
php artisan facade:resolve
php artisan facade:resolve Form
php artisan facade:resolve "C*"
Any would work.
