• End-to-End Testing: Validate complete federation deployment scenarios
• Performance Validation: Ensure build times and site performance meet targets
• User Experience Testing: Verify navigation, styling, and functionality
• Reliability Testing: Test failure scenarios and recovery procedures

• All federation URLs accessible with proper content
• CSS styling and assets load correctly across all sections
