Any maintenance release in the future

I see there is no new PR in the past 12 month already. Is the BigDL project no longer actively maintained ?
Can I be a contributor to it to be a volunteer to maintain it ? I just got my Intel AI certificate and trying to do some contributions on this project

bigdl-llm has now become ipex-llm, and our future development will move to the IPEX-LLM project.

Looks like this repo will be archived, soon.
