Place config to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/JSignPdf #252
Description
Please, adhere to the XDG specification: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/latest/
As of now, config is stored in $HOME/.JSignPdf
If the specification was followed, it would be first checked if $HOME/.JSignPdf exists, if not, look whether $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is said, if it is said, use that, otherwise place configuration to $HOME/.config/JSignPdf
