Serial.write only send data when received data

until some data arrived on the serial port, nothing is send to my arduino,
all serial.write are buffered and when a serial event appear all data are send and cause an app crash.

My app doesn't crash but the serial.write looks like not been sent to Arduino. When the Arduino sends to the Processing Android App the "waiting" data is sent to the Arduino and execute. From a processing app (Java) on the computer this behavior does not occur.
