'astView.refresh' not found

I just installed powershell pro tools and I have actually nothing that works :(
When I click refresh on the buttons, I get the following message:

Error running command astView.refresh: command 'astView.refresh' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes astView.refresh.

It looks like it is trying to start, but it cannot.

I have the powershell extension present, installed and enabled of course.
