Add the context-menu options to the Edit menu and a Help menu item showing all the keyboard shortcuts

Right-click doesn't always bring up the context menu, presumably because the event is captured by the host environment. So if I'm running psedit inside of Azure CloudShell for instance, the right-click event is captured by my web browser, or windows terminal, or the vs code terminal or whatever session I was running cloudshell in. So, please add the context-menu options to the Edit menu, along with showing their keyboard shortcuts. And/or, at least provide a Help menu item showing all the keyboard shortcuts since these are non-standard and non-remappable.
