Update Gem packager

Hi. I'm doing some hacking on iViddler. To make it a little easier to work with, I'm removing some of the gem packaging code you have in there (hoe) and replacing it with the much easier to work with (imo) jeweler and bundler.

Also cleaned up the website docs so its nice and simple (& hosted on github)
