Rename the bundle to itkg/data-reference-bundle

As seen with @juchi, the naming of this package is not suitable.
It should be itkg/data-reference-bundle.

We should plan to split the bundle with the following strategy:

• itkg/itkg-data-reference-bundle is the legacy bundle based on the 1.0 branch (for OO 1.0), flaggued as deprecated but still maintained
• itkg/data-reference-bundle is the new version bundle with a new version 1.0 and based on the actual 1.1 / master branch. It depends on OO 1.1.
