uncertain when ivpn is available

systemctl stop ivpn-service && systemctl start ivpn-service.service && ivpn --help && ivpn status
as you can see last command can't execute due to most likely restrictions in the code, even though it simply should display some sort of message about ivpn not running

suggestion is to make ivpn status work and report status as uninitialized or something amongst this behavior during initialization state

right now i am forced to do this

systemctl stop ivpn-service.service && systemctl start ivpn-service.service && while true; do stat /etc/opt/ivpn/mutable/port.txt >/dev/null 2>&1 && break; sleep 0.01; done && ivpn status

and for snap you should delete /etc from the start of the file path
