Add DD-WRT auto-installer script to a new Client Area

Description

We offer an auto-installer script for setting up the OpenVPN client on devices with DD-WRT router firmware - https://www.ivpn.net/clientarea/ddwrt/

The script, however, is currently available only for legacy accounts (ids in the ivpnXXXXXXXX format).

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the auto-installer script to the new Client Area (ids in the i-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format).
