Please add support for KRBCCNAME parameter in connection string #112
Description
Along with #110 I also noticed that there is no configuration for ccache file that will be used for connection (except for env variable KRBCCNAME). Could you please add KRBCCNAME parameter support to connection string? The problem is, we can't make multiple connections using different TGT's in one application
