Testing and Continous Integration pipeline

Create a continuous integration pipeline to test the rules in different operating systems.

Could use the [CI scripts of Lluvia](https://github.com/jadarve/lluvia/blob/master/.github/workflows/main.yml) as a starting point for configuring the OS machines. Include:

* Linux
* Windows
* MacOS
