There is an Observer.php model that is fired when an order is placed. At this time it would be appropriate to do some work like adding bitcoin payment addresses to the invoice in case the customer forgot to copy it. Also for better bookkeeping, etc. This file can also be expanded to do other relevant work like destroying bitcoin accounts when payments are cancelled, or even paid.
