When drupal_dic() is used in a drush command the drush command fails with:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Drupal\Dic\ProjectKernel' not found in /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/bravo-2014-integration-php/htdocs/sites/all/modules/contrib/dic/dic.helper.inc on line 31
