A `-` in a filename uploaded to an integration breaks parsing

For example, uploading `my-spec.yaml` then in the agent instructions indicating:

```

will yield an error in beaker-kernel logs:

```
Error while rendering [integration name]: UndefinedError: 'my' is undefined
```
