Feature Request: EDL File Import

Are there plans to add a feature to auto load cut-list or chapter files so the user can skip to break points in a video?

I use Comskip to create TV commercial cut lists for jumping over commercials when watching recorded TV shows. Some other video players (like Zoom Player for example) have this feature for importing EDL format files for this purpose. Comskip can also generate .CHP, .CUT, .TXT, .VDR, and .VPRJ files, all are variations on the same theme, generating edit or chapter points in seconds or milliseconds. It doesn't much matter to me what version or format MPC-BE would adopt, so long as it would load a text based break point file, with the same name as the video, and the user could skip forward or backward to these points.
