Author Order Calculation

We made it!!!!!!!!

I went through all the pull requests and tallied the number of lines changed as best as I could along with figures added. This is not the perfect way to determine author order, but I suspect its pretty close and as good as we will get. I gave 33 lines for each figure added to calculate the author "score" column.

Here is the table of final counts along with the determined order (!!! UPDATED Oct 20th 2023 to account for two additional figures from Rex !!!):
