"Top" Taskbar Position won't unset...

I ran the .exe and everything worked as expected. When I set the Taskbar Position to the "Top" setting, it moved it to the top but now no matter what I do it won't go back to the bottom. Even after a reboot, it still stays at the top.

I can also add that if I selected the option to auto-hide the taskbar, it would place it at the bottom. However the moment I unchecked that, even with the setting at "bottom" it still put it back on top.

The only way I was able to get it back to the bottom was to use another program and set it to the bottom there. That seemed to un-stick whatever was stuck.

I should mention I run a Start11 so perhaps that was causing a conflict? I used Start11's enhanced taskbar feature to get everything back to "normal".

Not sure what it was but I figured I'd mention it.
