add request/session to the docs

I think it should be added to the doc in Request/Sessions

In / you say sessions and cookies out of the box but there is no example for them

This is definitely missing from the documentation - I need to do a big update of the docs to add some of the features that currently aren't covered. For now, take a look at this example in the demo app:

Currently no example for Cookies unfortunately, but I will get this covered in the docs ASAP.

@bobf I didn't even notice the demo (or maybe I just forgot about)
for now I think we can just add a 'for more examples you can check the demo in "link"'
