Upload code to Digispark

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way to upload the code to a digispark ?
I've got no clue on how to do so ...
If this is not possible, since it was on digispark before, is there anywhere I can find the code that was used for digispark (In order to update it myself, and upload it on my digispark).

I did read the documentation, but it only show the manipulation for your own custom board.

I used Digispark for memtype and as far as I remember, there was nothing special to flash the code, just like flashing any other code to a Digispark board. But this is 6 years ago...
