Provide an SVG of the chart

It might help us adapt this to other competencies (like Product) or to embed those charts in dashboards. I couldn't find the SVG version.

I've vibecoded this chart builder that looks pretty much the same as the charts in this repo https://martsie.github.io/engineering-ladder-builder/ - you can customise labels, level boundaries and export as png.
