Add 'title', 'default' to many/most json schemas for hints for UI population #1017
Description
Various properties in requests and responses should get 'title' and 'default' markup, as hints for forms and output tables being submitted to the user.
Responses should also be labelled with the URL of the corresponding JSON schema so it can be requested (and cached).
