Bot is clicking bobber too early

I'm playing on a wotlk private server. Everything seems to be working fine except that too many times the bot is clicking the bobber too early. It's like it has a prebuilt waiting time and when that expires, it clicks the bobber, regardless if there was a catch or not.
I set the Sensitivity to minimum, but it still hasn't fixed the issue. Any ideas?
