Bank URL list not available anymore #43

Hi,
I tried to get my bank's URL through this link: https://www.hbci-zka.de/institute/institut_auswahl.htm
The page shows a 404 however.
So I did some research and found this page now: https://www.hbci-zka.de/register/bedingungen_bankenliste.htm
Seems that you'll have to request the URL now. Maybe the readme should be updated with this?
