feature: update cpex dependency to cpex from pypi

Feature Description

Current cpex dependency in the following files are from git+https://github.com/contextforge-org/contextforge-plugins-framework.git. Once cpex is fully released to pypi, update the following files to use cpex release from pypi.

1. pyproject.toml
2. plugins/examples/nemocheck/pyproject.toml
3. plugins/examples/nemocheck_external/pyproject.toml

Proposed Solution

Update dependency in the above files to cpex
