Add user-group for Kannji-App user in Django

At the moment we are not really using the Django user-group system. But we probably should.

At the Moment every Django-user can access the backend and hack around in the data there. We ought to  create a group for those (non-admin) app users and then restrict them from accessing the backend.
They shall only be able to access the APi-Serve as an API.
