issue about set scale for ktd-grid #139
Description
The page contains a dashboard with a ktd-grid inside it. Users can zoom the dashboard by scrolling the mouse wheel. However, when the zoom level is not 100%, the ktd-grid behaves incorrectly: when dragging a ktd-grid-item, it does not follow the cursor and instead moves to an incorrect position.
