Options string when adding a source

I would like to be able to specify the ":network-caching" option when adding a video source. The default seems to be 1000ms which is too high when streaming from a webcam on the same LAN. Just using VLC, I get acceptable results when using a value of 10ms.

One way to make this option available could be to add an options string like this one in VLC:
