Audio out of sync #6

Audio is becoming out of sync during playback. This is a recent issue, within the past 6 weeks. No settings in OBS have been changed and I'm playing the same video clips that I've always been using.
EDIT: Should have mentioned, this is only an issue with Output to Stream. Through the Desktop is fine. Using a virtual cable may work but it would a be massively over-the-top workaround.
