Additional Feature for ImagetoPDF Project: Cropping

Describe the feature
Currently, when a user uploads a document by taking a picture, it doesn't allow them to crop the image before uploading. Meaning that a user would have to make sure the picture taken matches the exact dimensions of the document to avoid the uploading an unpleasant looking document as shown here:

The obvious fix is to incorporate a cropping feature for images being converted to a pdf.

User Stories
No user stories. However, I think anyone who has used technology or an image uploading software has been conditioned to expect a cropping feature when uploading a picture that will be displayed. I infer the same expectation will be held by our users, at least by Workers and Admins if not by Clients. I believe intuition can be used to see the potential pain point lack of this feature causes.

Hi @mkhagan8,

Thanks for mentioning this. A cropping feature would be a completely frontend thing, and would probably require a library. I don't think it really needs any special skill, so @crchong1 maybe a newbie intern could work on it. There are already a lot of things to do @mkhagan8 with the applications and file refactors that require much more of a working knowledge of the codebase, that I think my focus is better spent on.
