ImagetoPDF Release Criteria: Camera & Upload Documents

Describe the feature
When selecting documents to upload, there should be a way for users to select to use the camera on their device directly. Regardless, if its on an android, Mac, Windows, or apple device. Currently, it only gives the option to select camera if you're on android.

Based on intuition, may be something that we get feedback on later down the line when our moblile version is more developed.

We need to test this on Ios Mobile Devices

I tested with my girlfriend's IPhone, and it showed a similar view as for Android (with an option to take a photo, or select an image from a library). I uploaded the picture and was able to access the PDF successfully after.
