Describe the bug
Unable to Upload PDF Applications to Keep.id, because the categories for documents do not show up.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Login as a admin account (Username: STEFFEN-CORNWELL, Password: keepid2022)
- Go to Admin Panel -> Upload Form
- Upload a PDF Application Document, and press "Upload"
- When you press submit on the next page, it says "Please categorize each document".
Expected behavior
The Categorization Dropdown should show and allow a user to select a category and successfully submit.
