Description
kelctl install will work at Layer 1. It will install the given plugin on the Kel cluster, e.g.,
kelctl install plugins.kelproject.com/kel-deploy
The discovery mechanism should follow the App Container Image Discovery specification. The primary difference is instead of Image URLs we refer to them as Plugin Distribution URLs.
