New AppImage Version 1.20.1

It's great to see that it's already working with the QMS V1.20.1 version. Thanks for your proposal, but I need to cross-check some compiler options with other distros. Therefore, I need to rebuild it in my environment.

However, we can check if there are any differences between our builds.

I hope to find a time slot in the coming days. But the weather is so nice at the moment that I'd rather be out on my bike than sitting in front of my computer. :-)
