Publish to maven central

Jitpack has proven itself to be unreliable like for example the multi-day outage back in december of last year,
and I've slowly migrated everything off of Jitpack and stopped using it for almost everything

It would be nice for builds to be on maven central too if you have the time to set it up, it's quite a lengthy process

Thank you for pointing that out.

When I was building this library I was focusing on making it usable. But I should consider moving it to Maven Central now. I'll need to find some time to do it 😆
