Changing the capacity

Would it be possible to allow the capacity to change (or at least grow)?

It could be growable with O(N). But how would be the API for this proposal?

What about a length setter?

It is disabled because length is not the same than capacity.

Maybe the API could be:

final buffer = CircularBuffer<int>(3)..add(1)..add(2);
final newBuffer = CircularBuffer.from(buffer, capacity: 6);

That doesn't leave room for potential optimisation in the future, if the capacity can ever be extended without the need for a new instance. Perhaps a method that returns a buffer with the new capacity instead?

What if I create another constructor that creates and ExtendableCircubleBuffer? Maybe it could be based on LinkedList.
