Do not install on current directory

I tried using setup-haxe for a haxe-formatter CI workflow, and ended up with a ton of Incorrect formatting in haxe_latest/haxe_20240116100801_ba140a7/std because formatter was checking all haxe files in current directory, and that now included haxe std itself 😅
