Support for Git Changes view in new VS 2019 Git Experience

With Visual Studio 2019 new Git experience was introduced as preview feature.

Part of this is new Git Changes view. Unfortunately the Commit Formatter does not work in this view.

It would be nice if the Commit Formatter would support also this new UI.

Now the new Git experience is default for Visual Studio 2019, so it would definitely be great to get this working with it.
